Broken SurfaceFlinger in latest builds in Ubuntu Touch port.

In my port for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, using the saucy-preinstalled-touch-armhf.zip and the device-specific build for the p3100 I built following the porting guide, the device gets stuck on the Samsung logo and refuses to boot. It appears that SurfaceFlinger is not initializing properly. I've attached part of the log obtained from logcat, showing the error messages.
