Bug Description

I have ~350 contacts synced from google. Running image 157 on mako (nexus 4) .

After a clean start up I opened terminal and found evolution-addressbook-factory consuming a lot of CPU for some minutes:-

This happens to me to, despite not ever having used Evolution. Searching on Google, it seems like I'm not alone. There must surely be some way to prevent evolution-addressbook-factory from starting at all?

The Evolution program, and it's backend are separate things. This is the backend also used by contacts, so if you want it to not start at all, you won't be able to access any contacts at all.
