[twitter-web] Can't use OSK when writing a new tweet

Steps to reproduce:
- Open the twitter web app
- Sign-in with your account
- Click at the compose icon (top-right)
- Compose your twitter message

Expected result:
- OSK is displayed successfully and user is able to write down his tweet

Actual result:
- OSK is not displayed, even when the focus is in the input text box

Confirmed on maguro.
But if I unfocus and focus I do get to raise/invoke the OSK

On the BQ Aquarius Ubuntu Phone, this is fixed, keyboard is displayed upon focus on tweet msg input box. Unfocus, and re-focus hides and displays On Screen Keyboard (OSK)
