Bug Description

Installed ubuntu touch on nexus 10. Left it off charger so it ran until batter died. now I'm unable to boot the device back on, instead I get the battery icon with lightening bolt flashing for 5 seconds and screen goes to black.

Also before batter died screen was flickering, seems it was trying to adjust brightness before going out.

That's the hardware fighting with lack of battery. The main issue is
that we're not gracefully shutting down the system in case the battery
is in a critical level.

If you let the device to charge for a few hours, it should be usable again.
