setting properties on the context object within onPaint causes visual corruption on Nexus 7

Bug Description

1. Run the attached code on a desktop, note that it scribbles fine
2. run the code on a Nexus 7, note the garbled screen in the attached screenshot

Based on my experimentation, it appears that anything that touches the context object in the onPaint method causes the problem.

I could not reproduce the issue on Nexus or Nexus10. I will investigate the issue on Nexus 7
