Bug Description
On the Nexus 7 (grouper) Ubuntu Touch developer preview the on-screen keyboard won't hide after locking and unlocking the device once it was visible.
If you type on the on-screen keyboard while in the lock screen, it will register what you typed on the open note in the background.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Notepad demo application
2. Create or edit a note
3. Press the power button on the device
4. Press the power button again
Expected behavior:
The on-screen keyboard shouldn't be visible when unlocking the device.
