artifact validation error

There is an error in the validation of the artifacts inside the csar. Now the validation checks if the file is inside the csar or if it is a valid URL. The problem is that it is not use the optional repository field inside the artifact specification.

I think that a possible implementation is to concatenate the repository URL and the file name and then check if the resource exists.
