Bug Description
TOSCA parser do not propagate node artifacts to node template but stores them in entity template.
In order to get node template artifacts it appears then NodeTemplate doesn't have attribute 'artifacts' or '_artifacts' (similar to '_properties' attribute).
So, it will be useful when NodeTemplate class will have 'artifacts' property instead of digging into entity template.
