Bug Description
The TOSCA Simple Profile has the "PortSpec" normative data type
which has an "Additional requirement" listed that states:
"A valid PortSpec must have at least one of the following properties:
target, target_range, source or source_range."
We need a testcase (likely within test_datatypes.py) that tests for this condition in its variants.
