Docker related node types not defined

These types are defined in the TOSCA standard but they not appear in the tosca-parser definition:

tosca.capabilities.Container.Docker
tosca.nodes.Container.Application.Docker
tosca.nodes.Container.Application
tosca.nodes.Container.Runtime

Hi Miguel, the work is about to start under old blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tosca-parser/+spec/tosca-container-suppot
Since you have added YAML already that's fine but if you adding any new related python code or other things please co-ordinate with your comments in the bp.
