Bug Description

version 0.5.8

When 2 or more working copies are located separately, auto status refreshing after file modification does not work.
("separately" means longest shared path of them is drive root. e.g. "c:\foo\wt" and "C:\bar\wt")

i can confirm that this problem is still occurring in 0.6b1. it's happening with folders located in d:\desktop\foo and d:\desktop\bar (not directly in the root).
