Bug Description
It would be nice if it was possible to change the used language of TBZR. At the moment most translations are missing, which results in a disturbing mixture of English with another language on non-English systems. I would like to set the language to English to bypass this disturbance.

Yes, I do. TortoiseBZR is strongly connected to QBzr, so it should be able to set the language of the GUI dialogs in the TortoiseBZR options, in my opinion. The TortoiseBZR context menue should also use that set language.

In this case we need to assign the bug and for QBzr too, because in QBzr there is no way to force any specific language neither from command-line nor config file.
Only one way you can use right now is to set environment variable LANG to the value "en" or "C". But I suspect this could affect some other programs (originally developed on Linux).

I think you actually means language in action GUI dialogs? Those GUI
dialogs come from QBzr plugin.
