Bug Description
scripts\
According to the error message it expects the icon to live in "C:\\Python25\
Could be fixed by including bzr.ico in the sources and not hard-linking to it.

FYI, this problem doesn't exist when running bzrlib from sources. I'm not sure what to do about this, but I'm leaning towards clarifying the error message and marking this as invalid (not having the icon shouldn't cause any problems other than the warning; please clarify that is true for you)
