Bug Description

I installed bzr-2.5.1-1-setup.exe on windows 7 64 bit with Tortoize Shell extension ON. Shell extensions -> TortoizeBazaar, Bazaar commit and Bazaar checkout works fine but when I click on shell extension "Bazaar Explorer" I get following error -

---------------------------
Explorer - Tortoise Bazaar
---------------------------
IncompatibleAPI: The API for "<module 'bzrlib' from 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Bazaar\lib\library.zip\bzrlib\__init__.pyo'>" is not compatible with "(1, 17, 0)". It supports versions "(2, 4, 0)" to "(2, 5, 1)".
---------------------------
&OK
---------------------------

Python 2.6.4 is also installed on my machine. I am unable to understand what else could go wrong. Appreciate any thoughts ?

I never installed older versions of bzr. I installed bzr-2.5.1-1 first time on a fresh installed OS. I searched the registries in case if some key is pointing out at version 1.17.0 but there is nothing as such

There was one bzr gtk .99 version installed on my machine. When I installed that BZR explorer started working.
