Bug Description

This is not a bug, but rather a wishlist.

It would be very handy and useful to access the main menu from two different places, one is the main menu on the main panel and the 2nd is from the right click on the desktop.

If we do that we cannot have the current right click menu

However,
The right click menu can be extended via
jwm-settings-manager --panel

Appearance->Edit Menus

It is root menu 23
You can add or remove items at will.

We could change it to root menu 2 ONLY
and extend the menu to show on middle mouse click. Would that satisfy the requirements?

Ctrl+Escape currently shows the menu as well (up top in the right hand corner)

Hi israeldahl,

Not sure what you mean? the machine I am using now has no ToriOS (I guess there is on a virtual box though) and the other 2 which ToriOS are on a different room now. When I am there, I will try to understand more what do you mean?

Keep in mind that some don't use a mouse anyway. In my case, I don't with 2 machines which both have ToriOS as the one and only system installed.

I thought it would be very easy step but from what you're trying to explain, it seems a little bit too much?!

Ctrl+Escape will show the app menu without using the mouse

I can change the mouse binding for the 3rd button (or by using both left and right simultaneously) to show the app menu but it currently does the same thing the second button does.

The second mouse button (right) shows the desktop menu
