Mouse Scroll does not work on the Live Session & after installing ToriOS 0.4.0 (Pre-Beta)

Testing ToriOS 0.4.0 (latest build) and on the Live Session, the scrolling does now work neither on the setting manager nor PCManFM.

Same happens after installing the system.

I have not experienced this on any version I use.
I have used a 3 button mouse and a touchpad, and both work

Still happening on the LiveCD on Oracle Virtual Box when testing the very latest build as of this very moment.

On my installed system, I did an update:

sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

I see the scroll is working on this laptop but on the same laptop, as comment#2, it is not working on the LiveCD.
