Can't open files in Ubuntu 11.04

Bug Description
This worked fine under 10.04, but under 11.04, I can't open any of the files in the list. Text. OpenOffice, PDF all report the same problem:
Could not display "<full pathname to file>". The location is not a folder.
Running topshelf 0.3 under Ubuntu 11.04.
I love this app - I use it multiple times every day (almost as much as I use vi or terminal). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be willing to test bug fixes.
