Bug Description
As my fourth toontask of the game for a 2-point laff boost, I accepted to have to go to Smokey Joe in his Used Fireworks shop on Loopy Lane in Toontown Central. However, I have been unable to start the task as Smokey Joe has not appeared in any of the districts, even after the updates yesterday and today. I would very much like to continue so that I can actually do stuff with my level five throw.
