"Go to" Issues

When trying to "go to" someone, it says that the game cannot find them because they moved. This is not the case the majority of the time, however. I have tested this personally with a friend, and have found that the game cannot recognize the command without the recipient or the sender being in a different district. I hope that you fix this soon, as this is a major part of transportation in the world of Toontown.
