Bug Description
Whenever I try to whisper somebody in chat, it doesn't appear on their screens. How do I know, I've recently been trying
to contact my friends to help me out with a 5 story building and then I thought to myself to try and whisper my other toon. I'll post the results with a picture.
10/26/2014 Edit- It works once but after that, it will not work again at ALL
