black screen WITH sound on loading

I was able to log in before and have been working my toon since August.
Now, as of October 3, I just get a black screen after signing in.
  I can hear the proper background sounds, and can hear my toon move but there is no graphic. I have uninstalled and reinstalled TTI with no change.

this is happening to everyone, it's because of the new update. i emailed toontown infinite a day or two ago and they said that they are working on fixing it and it should be back to normal soon.

This has been happening to me for the past 2 months. I can log on, but at the character selection screen it is black. I still hear the noises when I hover over the toons. PLEASE FIX THIS ;_;
