Cant enter HQ in donalds dreamland and my cog gallery is frozen it doesnt register the cogs i defeat!!!!

Bug Description
Ok every HQ i try to enter in Donalds dreamland will not open. Also a few weeks after i started to play the game my cog gallery froze it doesnt register the cogs i defeat for my cog radar. For instance i have 8 of 10 holly woods after i kill a hollywood it wont credit it to my gallery. I have tried relogging restarting the game killing on street buidling and factory and they just wont register. Other than that everything else is great keep up the good work.

I have both issues, the Cog Gallery stopped updated a long time ago and for my second character misses many cogs.
I can rarely get into Dreamland HQ, never a problem anywhere else.
