My screen freezes after loading Is done but I can still move my toon

Bug Description

I discussed this a little here-https://bugs.launchpad.net/toontowninfinite/+bug/1350664 but to go even further, my screen freezes at the loading screen but I can still move my toon and hear the many noises around me( toons talking, footsteps, a cog building being recovered, etc.) and this glitch is very annoying.
