Cannot close convo bubble or it vanishes

Bug Description
When turning in or receiving toontasks, the NPC's conversation bubble goes away and I can't exit the conversation unless I close toontown.
Also, sometimes I can't click the bubble to continue the conversation. It doesn't highlight and I can't click the 'x' circle.
