Bug Description
I made a new toon and skipped the ToonTutorial. I turned in the task and froze, so I logged out by closing Toontown. I then went onto my new toon and went to the HQ officer in Daisy Gardens. After that, I got a task to defeat a Flunky, and it went through the ToonTutorial with the HQ Officer.
