Bug Description
Upon exiting the HQ officer (not receiving a task) the click margins are off unless you're in fullscreen or resize the window.

If a hot key was added to get through the messages, this would not be a big bug but a minor one. Perhaps the Right Arrow Key could work the same as left clicking the word bubble?
