Game launcher crashes while downloading preventing it to download.

I am having trouble downloading the game on my launcher. It goes to about 7 files in and then it crashes. So I restart the launcher and it now says, 1 file of 9 instead 15 files. So that doesn't matter at all but I can't get passed the first file without it crashing on me, and restarting the first file of nine. I keep doing this process over and over again hoping that it's saving progress of it downloading but I don't think that's going to happen. So I'm stuck on the same file hoping I can get passed it, but right now I don't see it improving. I just want to play the game. Hopefully this is good enough information to fix this bug.

This is an issue for me, too.
