When choosing toontasks and selecting the cancel option, the final dialogue bubble cannot be clicked on to finish exiting the dialogue with the HQ officer

Bug Description
It has happened to me multiple times today that I tried to choose a toontask, and when I decide not to take any toontasks from the Toontown HQ officer, the final dialogue bubble (see attached picture) cannot be clicked on to finish exiting the dialogue with the AI toon, and the only option left for me is to completely close the window in order to disconnect. After cleaning the temporary files and temporary internet files multiple times, this problem persists.
