Bug Description

All the bugs that were seemingly fixed are back (https://bugs.launchpad.net/toontowninfinite/+bug/1350664 ,
https://bugs.launchpad.net/toontowninfinite/+bug/1349672 ,) and there's some new ones ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/toontowninfinite/+bug/1361858) and a bug where you can't enter cog buildings
if you teleport to a toon recently.
