HQ doors in DDL not working properly

Bug Description
The headquarter doors in DDL occassionally don't open. This happens in the playground as well as on the streets. They will open sometimes but, i would say they won't open 8 times out of 10. It's very frustrating because i don't have teleport access to the DDL yet.
All of the doors on the streets to shops have worked for me just fine.
