Login with Username & password
Recieve DLL error immediately

ImportError: DLL Load failed: The specified module could not be found
We have re-downloaded, uninstalled, re-installed with the same results.

Check your antivirus chest. My Win 7 machine was doing this and the AV quarantined as suspicious. After restoring and adding to the exclusions list TT launched successfully.
