Crash after choosing toon

I have tried everything and anything
-creating a new toon
-playing tutorial
-starting as administrator
-compatibility to windows xp
-changing password for account
-uninstalling, erasing all logs/files originating from TTI
-re-installing, re-downloading

I keep crashing everytime I choose my toon and just as I'm about to enter (I hear toons making noise, birds, the music) it crashes with no error code. I took a screenshot of what the coding looks like.

Please fix this :( it seems very little of us are having this problem. I've barely even gotten to play TTI, and I REALLY want to play toontown again (even with all the bugs, I want to help too)

actually ive gotten 2 errors when i crash, maybe you might be getting them?
