Connection breaks when trying to enter toontown

Trying to log in the first time, the game connection unexpectedly breaks. I was able to create a character, but when trying to enter the playground, the connections breaks every time.

Same, expect mine says I'm going to TTC, I hear music, I see the trolley notification, then it breaks. :(
