Freeze when Getting/Receiving Tasks

I've been having issues with talking to HQ Officers/Shop owners/etc when doing tasks.
Either their chat boxes become unclickable and disappear, or their next line doesn't show up after I click on it, and then I get stuck and have to exit the game.

I have had to lg on going on ten times in just as many minutes because of this issue. Please fix this ASAP because it is becoming very aggravating!

For me, I just can't click on bubble... well, I can, but it won't show the next one!

This is still occuring; I took a screenshot of the CMD Prompt run displays. I also found, that while taking my time getting this screenshot into the paint program, and such, that my toon got sleepy, which did disconnect me from the HQ Clerk. I hope this will hlep the programmers in troubleshooting this bug... Here's the screenshot.

Update: When I went back to search for a task, it froze again. I waited to be dc due to time out. I went again, this time I selected the task and it APPEARED to freeze again--instead, I "went wild with the mouse" and I found the sweet spot-- your activation spot is NOT in the bubble... but is to the upper left side of the bubble... at least in this case.... maybe the bubble is covering it in other cases...

I have confirmed it's a size issue with wide screen--at least in my case. When I freeze, if I minimize the window size, I am then able to continue on... This is a work-around; Programmers, use this information to figure out the programming patch... please? tyvm...
