Bug Description

When I enter my login info and hit GO, the launcher immediately freezes and has to be closed

Michael, try running the launcher as administrator. I tried it and it worked. Hope this helps!

We're going to try patching this soon. However, I cant patch anything without a log file.
Can you get me one from your logs folder?

Yeah, I think I found the problem: for some people, the installer isn't installing every file for some reason. Like, there's supposed to be a file called kickoff.bat. I don't have that.

same here it says for me when I try and log in it says Launcher.exe has stopped working even with the administrator -_-

I have had it working on my win 7 laptop, and i even copied the exact game files over to my pc but it still wont run? i seriously don't know why this keeps happening.

FIX! Just run it in compatibility mode (Windows XP Service pack 3)

If i run it as administator it does the same exact thing. Nothing works it just crashes. I also do not have a bugs folder or any logs or anything.

Karen Gillan, that happened to me too on my Windows 7 when updating files. I just closed TTI and started it again and it finished.

It is doing the same thing to me. I downloaded the DirectX and it does the same thing and crashes.
