in europe, I have to use :
private static final Pattern dateCleaner = Pattern.compile("(\\d{4}-\\d{2}-\\d{2}T\\d{2}:\\d{2}:\\d{2}\\.\\d{3}).+(-|\\+\\d{2}:\\d{2})");
