substrings should not convert to links

I imported my notes from http://conboy.garage.maemo.org/ and noticed that short note names are being used to create links within words in other notes. I think the correct behavior is to only convert full strings to links, or at least only when it begins a string. Depending on how the parsing is done, that could also have minor performance advantages as well.
