However, attempts to enter the Japanese bullet, and press Enter to accept Japanese characters, Tomboy behavior when the character believes to be empty.
[How To Reproduce]
1. Launch Tomboy from "Application" -> "Accessories" -> "Tomboy" in working iBus.
2. Click on tomboy icon in upper panel.

6. Write content bullet in Japanese.
7. Press ENTER key.

1. Japanese string remains uncertain, "- " will become mark the bullet.
2. Press the ENTER key addition, the bullet marks disappear, no longer in a bulleted list. Japanese characters are still undetermined.
3. Press the ENTER key addition, the Japanese text will be confirmed. However, it bullet marks have disappeared already, take the bullet.
[Expected Result]

Tomboy is not well aware of the ambiguous character, seems to not be recognized as text input.
There is no problem in Tomboy on Ubuntu 10.04 or prior.
I have already tried to introduce PPA for Stable Tomboy Releases (https:/
Whether this is a matter of iBus, Tomboy know what the problem is. However, I posted here because there is no problem in other applications.

Probably caused by either 42706d3c21f1807 41a097a19b72c18 569108694b or 18e60728d42dadd 21d7c64afe0b252 5153c01c23 . Not sure what we'll be able to do to fix.
This should be filed in upstream Tomboy for tracking purposes.
