Timer continues decreasing after it gets to zero

Bug Description
Tomato was running when the system locked the screen. I unlocked that and realized the app had been closed.
When I reopened Tomato, the timer was set to 00:00. Then I clicked in "Resume" and the timer kept decreasing instead of being reset.
