I have a small imporvement, how to submit a patch?

Bug Description

I have made a few improvements to this application.

1. Menu will show an interrupt button to quickly interrupt the running pomodoro.
2. It shows the remaining time in the notification area.
3. Provides the ability to add a simple task list
4. Tracks the pomodoro's per task, and how they ended.

I have attached the updated indicator.py file with these changes.
