Bug Description
When setting PC time to GMT +3 (Africa), the Toggl application displays the time off by an hour (+1). This timezone does not observe daylight savings which may be throwing it off. There are no other times configured on the PC. The current time and elapsed time are correctly displayed on the web timer. Picture of described behavior attached.
