MX4 today scope inconsistent results still with OTA 8

Bug Description
Hi I am using a Meizu MX4 with OTA 8 update. The Today scope has improved a lot but still has inconsistancies and slow performance. Normally the scope will update in about 6s, but sometimes it takes much longer. Also the problem with missing icons still happens, no date for instance. My feeling is this scope is still a real week point, still very slow when compared the other scopes. If you look at any other scope such as the BBC news, News, engadget etc they are all faster to refresh (1~3s).
As the Today scope is our main screen on power up it should be fast and sleek.
Also it would be a great help if you could select the order of the content it displays, such as move the BBC news above calls and messages. I would say most people are interested in the time, News, weather then other stuff (just my opinion). Could you please consider adding this selection in the Today scope settings.
Just to say you are doing a great job, love Ubuntu Touch and have purchase both the MX4 and BQ phones. Also just got my hands on a Nexus 4 and flashed Devel. Cant wait for convergence!, if you can get screen over wifi working with Miracast that would be great.
