Bug Description
I've tried in both the gui and tui, in either case gvim (or vim) opens new blank files depending on how many spaces were in the long name of the the outline I was trying to edit.
Eg. if I try to edit a task that is stored in "$HOME/Client Files/John Doe/todo.otl" by highlighting the task in tkdo and pressing "g" gvim opens three new files. The first named "Client", "Files/John", and "Doe/todo.otl".
