Bug Description
This might be by design, but starting with "cal -a" doesn't include tasks that have no due date. I've made a change to include them - they appear in the sorted output as if they were due "now".

NOTE: this has as its parent revisions my other changes (windows support & inherited due_date in ical). I've also removed the symlink to COPYING.LESSER and made it a real file instead, so I can use bzr on MS-Windows (which is what I have to run at work).

This is three separate changes:
- Rename 'tkdo cal --all' to 'tkdo cal --floating', to make it more clear what that option does.
- Add 'tkdo cal --non-due' or similar, to include tasks which don't actually have a due date.
- Replace the license symlink.
... and also, possibly add an option to filter the non-due tasks with a different (or additional?) pattern than the due tasks. For example, include all due tasks but only active non-due tasks.
