Bug Description
When the master list is empty, such as when running for the first time, TKDO has no way to add new tasks. The o/O keys should be able to, as well as the external editor. But these all require a task to be selected first, and there are none to select.
So, this should be handled somehow to prevent the 'add task' functions from failing.

Perhaps this should just be special-cased to ask the user to select a task file if the master list is completely empty.
... or maybe empty task files should show up in the main list view as some special type of top-level task. This would still require some logic to determine whether to add a child or a sibling, but it seems overall a bit cleaner and more flexible.
