Bug Description
I'd like to suggest a web user interface for TimeVault.
This would assist using TimeVault on other *buntu platforms and also linuxes other than Ubuntu.
This is a wish, please advise if it should be posted elsewhere.

I have been playing around with TimeVault as of recently and think it is a great tool. I believe a web interface would also be very beneficial, as one of my plans is to use it on a shared samba drive, having a web interface would allow users of windows that access these modified files to be able to restore them without having to contact the administrator of the linux machine.
