Bug Description

Running ubuntu 8. I only get this if I set the backup path to a smb/cifs mount. I have a LACIE 500gb Mini NAS that i would like to push my backups to. Timevault daemon crashes at that point. Ideas?

I am also running Ubuntu 8.04 and attempting to back up to a Lacie 500gb Mini NAS. I am having the same problem. In addition, I am finding that Time Vault crashes whenever I attempt to open the preferences.
