Wishlist proposal: Conventional alarm?

If I have the determination, I can wait until exactly 22:00 and set the timer to 10 hours and 30 minutes to be woken at 08:30. It would be bliss to have a 'sound alarm at' mode in addition to the 'sound alarm after' mode. Then, a luxury to have that on repeat. I ask because Clock app is just awful ...

If I may have any questions regarding the code may I get in touch with you?

One question I do have already.
Timer uses as licence BSD (simplified).
Most other apps use GNU gpl v3 (what I have seen so far).
I have to have a closer look to the licences, but is that something you set up? Or does this needs to be done because of the parts others did?
Could that be changed just to "homogenize"?
