Lock timer dialer when a timer is started

Bug Description
If you set a timer, start it and stop it again is possible to change the time set with the dialer.
Sometimes I do it and (with the timer stopped) try to change to another application without success. Instead of that I change the timer value accidentaly moving the dialer.
So, I think that when a timer is started should be a lock/unlock button for the dialer with lock option activated once a timer is started.
