Timer finished x:y:z ago - 1 hour too much

Bug Description
when a timer has finished a counter starts showing for how long the timer has been finished.
This is a very useful feature, but this counter starts at 1:0:0 (one hour).
It should start at 0:0:0

My timezone is Europe/Berlin utc+2
Screenshot of the bug in action is attached. The screenshot was taken 5 seconds after the timer finished.
It does not matter how long the timer is, even several minutes long. (i just made a one second timer to make the screenshot).
I have the log but can't paste it here because the ubuntu phone browser won't let me paste it here... :(
Can do though when I'm at home... But I won't be there before Saturday.

Just to make sure: The timer itself works as intended.
Just the counter that starts when a timer has finished does not start at 0.

Thanks. And no need to hurry. It's not a critical bug. The timer itself works. That's the most important bit :)

Can you tell me what time zone you have set in Time & Date in phone settings? Also can you install Logviewer app from the store and show the log for Timer, please? Screenshots of the bug and settings would be much appreciated too.
